SUBJECT: New Dress Code and Reminder Regarding Public Conduct

General Staff,

Effective immediately, all staff members will be issued official military uniforms for all public facing Red Army events, especially at PRIME functions. It is important that we all remain vigilant in our crusade to propagate the often ignored might of our Motherland. Uniformity and a sign of strength is paramount to success in this realm.

Regardless of military and civilian status, from here on out it is required that staff wear the approved uniforms while public facing.

As a reminder regarding public conduct, particularly in America, it is imperative that you stay cognizant and aware of any and all subversive elements which might try to cloud your judgment. You will find attached a list of every contest that Ivan Stanislav has participated in since returning to PRIME. Every opponent who dared to stand against him in a wrestling ring should be considered a hostile threat.

Do not travel alone backstage, and it is highly recommended that you travel with Alexei Ruslan or Speedy Riggs. Report any and all suspicious activity.
